Moreover, if you're a bit observer, in the harbour office, you'll perceive batteries and you'll intend to hum chargers. An action on the bar makes the engine (situated
under the boat) revolve and allows to go as one would make with a
bicycle. Half a turn of bar for port either for starboard is enough
